Harmonizing the Three Elements of Human Transformation

The butterfly said to the sun, "They can't stop talking about my transformation. I can only do it once in my lifetime. If they only knew, they can do it at any time and in countless ways. ~ Dodinsky

Wow. Beautiful. Just like you iz. =)

It's January 5th, 2012, as I type this. You're on day four or five of your "New Year's Resolution." How are you holding up?

I'm sure you have a number of things that you're working on improving about yourself. My goal with this website (TheNiceLife.com) is to help you maximize the total human experience, harmonizing the three human components: Body, Spirit, and Mind.

B.S.M.

Which also happen to be my initials; so, I'm like, totally qualified for this mission. =)

So what's the main reason why so many humans fail in their attempts to permanently transform their lives for the better?

They only focus on improving one of these elements. They say things like, "I'm going to get in shape this year," or "I'm going to start reading more books," or "I'm going to meditate/pray every morning," or "I'm going to start giving someone a compliment every afternoon."

So they pick one of these "resolutions" and stick to it for a week or two. True transformation doesn't happen in a week or two. Transformation is a process. A caterpillar doesn't become a butterfly overnight; neither does a lump of coal evolve into a diamond.

Note: If you read the blog every day, you may notice some of the same themes and metaphors. This is intentional. Life is circles. I expand on this truth in Chapter 62 of Follow The White Rabbit. Humans are a "forgetful" species and need to be constantly reminded about the dangers of touching hot stoves. In addition, a lot of readers will be only reading this one particular blog, and the message needs to make total sense for them.

The human will choose one of the three elements to "fix," (usually the Body) and will overexert itself in that area. The human will then feel exhausted and quit altogether. The human will then feel like a failure, and this will negatively affect his or her Spirit and Mind.

That's why it's so important to understand that true transformation comes when you diligently work on all three areas of the human experience. As you visit this website every day, I'll help remind you.

As in, I'll help Re-Mind you. I'll help reconstruct your Mind in regards to how to best maximize the human experience and stick to your total transformation goals. Properly programming the Mind is the most important part of the transformation process, because everything begins in the Mind. As you nourish your Mind, you'll begin to make the proper adjustments to your Body. As your Body improves, you'll begin to feel better, which will help elevate your Spirit.

Is it starting to make sense? Of course it is. =)

Remember: Total transformation is a process. You can read more about The Process in Chapter 15 of my book Your Truth Will Set You Free.
